10 Amazing Fruits you Need to Eat More Often and Why

Fruit has always been one of my favorite things to eat. Their healthy, sweet, and taste amazing. Sadly, a lot of people in the world would rather pick up a donut than pick up an apple. So let's try to persuade more people to load up on fruits!

Kiwi: It increases your bone mass and also has a ton of potassium, fiber, vitamin K, and vitamin C.

Bananas: It gives you more energy and can actually help improve your mood because it has tryptophan, which is converted into serotonin. They also help out with cramps, mainly after a workout or playing a sport.

Cherries: They can help calm the nervous system and can also help you sleep, fight cancer, and battle belly fat.

Grapes: There great for relaxing your blood vessels as well as preventing several cancers and diseases.

Strawberries: They can fight against aging and it improves blood sugar regulation.
