Drinking

2. Eat Often
This is a very
important thing you must do. Basically what happens is if you eat
frequently, you are telling your body, "Hey, don't worry. I'm not going
to starve to death." So if you eat every 2-3 hours, your body will start
to release the fat you don't need. But make sure its healthy! Don't eat
a big mac every 3 hours and expect to lose weight. What I suggest is
eat a good breakfast, lunch and dinner with good snack in between. For
example, cottage cheese, fruit, toast, or healthy cereal are all good
choices to have.
1. Interval Training
This
helps you metabolism the most. For example, you could jog lightly for 2
minutes and then run as fast as you can for 15 seconds and repeat this
10 times. This burns calories like crazy and is great to activate the
after-burn affect which means you'll burn calories from that workout
