Losing weight really isn't a hard thing to do if you know how to do
it properly. Their are so many diets and ways to lose weight people get
lost and don't know the right way to lose weight. Even though their are
more things you need to do to lose and maintain your weight, I will tell
you three things I did to get to my goal weight.
1. Do at Least Three Substitutions Per Day
This
is perhaps the easiest thing you can do. If you normally have soda for
lunch, switch to milk or water. If you normally have a bowl of chips for
a snack, have a bowl of pretzels. If you have a pop tart for breakfast,
have oatmeal instead. This will add up over time and you will be surprised on how much this helps.
2. Just Have Half
This
is also a very easy thing you can do. Let's say you love your chips and you
can't go a day without them. Instead of having a bowl full of chips,
have half a bowl. Do this with nearly everything that you know isn't
that good for you that you normally eat everyday. This will cut your
calories by half and yet you still can eat the things you want, just not
as much.
3. Don't Drink your Calories
Most
people could lose a ton of weight by just cutting the soft drinks and
alcohol. If you drink only tea, water, and milk you could lose so much
weight. Like I said, if you need to have your coffee or soda, just drink half a glass.
Try these three tips for a month and I promise you that if you stick with it, you will see the results.
