The Toughest Workout EVER, in Just 3 Minutes

This workout is extremely tough, even for more experienced  people. What I do is I do this workout, take one minute rest, and repeat for a total of 3 times and it will only take about 12 minutes. Check out this guys YouTube channel. He has a ton more videos on getting fit and working out and he also is a big reason why I have a six pack right now. I dare you to try this workout! Tell me how it goes.
