4 EASY Ways for Anyone to Lose Weight

Losing weight is tougher for some people than others, but regardless on how tough it is for you everyone is capable of losing some fat. There are endless amounts of ways to lose weight, but here are 4 simple tips I have that are extremely easy to do and won't cost you a dime.

4. Get some sleep! It is shown that most people who get enough sleep often have lower BMI indexes. Also lack of enough sleep can actually cause weight GAIN. Your body needs a ton of rest, especially if your in a sport or you are very active, so do your body a favor and get some more sleep!

3. Relax a bit. The phrase "working out" normally turns a lot of people off. If your not one of those people who loves to go to the gym and workout out weekly, don't worry! There are still plenty of other ways you can get get your "workout" in. Try walking, washing your car, playing a sport, going skiing, do some work around the house like cleaning or outside the house like cutting the grass, ride your bike, or simply just go for a nice light jog around your neighborhood with some music on.

2. Don't "Diet". Most people think that if they want to lose weight what they have to do is only eat healthy and cut all the bad foods out from your diet. Well actually, you can just add good foods to your diet and just cut back a little on the bad foods. Try adding some fruit smoothies, red cherries, or watermelon to your diet. Also let's say at 1:00 p.m. you have a soda. Instead of your soda have some tea or a glass of water. But let's just say that you need your soda. Instead of drinking 12 oz, drink 6 or 8. 1. Walk. Walking is just so easy to do. It is great for anyone who doesn't want to put a lot of pressure on their joints. Depending on your weight and how fast you walk, you can burn a lot of calories. Let's say your 200 pounds and walk 3 mph for 30 minutes, you'll burn nearly 200 calories.
