It also has high fructose corn syrup which increases body fat, cholesterol, your chances of getting diseases as well as making you more hungry. It also messes up your metabolism, so don't drink soda!

Excessive artificial sweeteners make you crave more! So after drinking soda you'll want more, and more, and more. This leads to gaining weight, so the best way to prevent this is to not drink soda at all, or drinking it in moderation(if you can handle it).

Drinking soda can causes kidney damage as well as high blood pressure and diabetes. In diet sodas, most scientists believe that the sweeteners scar your kidney tissues.

There is food dye in soda which diminishes brain functions, causes uncontrollable behavior, and makes it harder for you to focus.
