Drinking water is perhaps the most important thing you can do for good health. Most of us are made up of 55-65% of water. If you don't drink a lot of water, not only does it hurt your health big time, but it also hurts your weight loss. If you drink a lot of water, your body won't need all that access water weight and it will burn off. But if you don't drink a lot of water, your body stores it. So here are 3 ways to lose weight by drinking water.

Drinking your calories is something you do not want to be doing. The average American drinks over 300 calories per day, often sometime more. If you drink water instead of drinks like soda and alcohol, you will not only feel a lot better during the day, you will also notice how much more weight you're losing by just substituting your normal drinks for water.

Drink water all day long! If you drink 6-10 cups of water per day, you will feel more full. In return, you will not eat as much food. This should reduce your normal calorie intake by at least 250. Not only that but water can help burn calories. If you drink 8 cups of water per day, you will burn an extra 100 calories! That's 350 calories your losing a day, by just drinking water.

Having a cup of water before every meal is KEY to reducing you calorie intake. By doing this, you will eat less because you will get more full faster. I suggest to drink a full 8 oz glass of water 15 minutes before you eat. You might be surprised by how effective this strategy is. For more results, drink 2 cups of water before each meal, drink a cup of water during the meal, and also drink a glass after. This will help with digestion.

If you are not a huge water drinker and you follow these steps, you can reduce your intake by over 600 calories per day! That's amazing for just drinking water. How easy is that? If you have any questions, message me on Google + or leave a comment. Good Luck!
