5 Quick Side Effects of Drinking Soda

Drinking soda is a major factor for the health problems in the world and after reading some of these facts, hopefully you'll want to pick up a water bottle instead of a can of soda at the next party you go to.

Soda has phosphoric acid and that rots your teeth, weakens your bones, and causes cavities. It can also causes pain, difficulty swallowing, dermatitis, and blurred vision.

It also has high fructose corn syrup which increases body fat, cholesterol, your chances of getting diseases as well as making you more hungry. It also messes up your metabolism, so don't drink soda!

Excessive artificial sweeteners make you crave more! So after drinking soda you'll want more, and more, and more. This leads to gaining weight, so the best way to prevent this is to not drink soda at all, or drinking it in moderation(if you can handle it).

Drinking soda can causes kidney damage as well as high blood pressure and diabetes. In diet sodas, most scientists believe that the sweeteners scar your kidney tissues.

There is food dye in soda which diminishes brain functions, causes uncontrollable behavior, and makes it harder for you to focus.

3 Ways Water can Help you Lose Weight

Drinking water is perhaps the most important thing you can do for good health. Most of us are made up of 55-65% of water. If you don't drink a lot of water, not only does it hurt your health big time, but it also hurts your weight loss. If you drink a lot of water, your body won't need all that access water weight and it will burn off. But if you don't drink a lot of water, your body stores it. So here are 3 ways to lose weight by drinking water.

Drinking your calories is something you do not want to be doing. The average American drinks over 300 calories per day, often sometime more. If you drink water instead of drinks like soda and alcohol, you will not only feel a lot better during the day, you will also notice how much more weight you're losing by just substituting your normal drinks for water.

Drink water all day long! If you drink 6-10 cups of water per day, you will feel more full. In return, you will not eat as much food. This should reduce your normal calorie intake by at least 250. Not only that but water can help burn calories. If you drink 8 cups of water per day, you will burn an extra 100 calories! That's 350 calories your losing a day, by just drinking water.

Having a cup of water before every meal is KEY to reducing you calorie intake. By doing this, you will eat less because you will get more full faster. I suggest to drink a full 8 oz glass of water 15 minutes before you eat. You might be surprised by how effective this strategy is. For more results, drink 2 cups of water before each meal, drink a cup of water during the meal, and also drink a glass after. This will help with digestion.

If you are not a huge water drinker and you follow these steps, you can reduce your intake by over 600 calories per day! That's amazing for just drinking water. How easy is that? If you have any questions, message me on Google + or leave a comment. Good Luck!
