INSANE 1 Minute Workout

There is no excuse anymore not workout because this only takes 1 minute.

This workout is only 1 minute per round, but try to do as many as you can. Obviously, the more rounds you do, the more results your going to get. My personal record is 25 rounds, see if you can beat it. I suggest after each round, drink a sip of water. Not too much though, otherwise you will feel it in your sides.
